As part of the Nelson Mandela University’s Innovation Office #WCIW2022 celebrations the Office ran an artwork competition where staff and students at the Nelson Mandela University were challenged to submit an artwork prototype that demonstrated any one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The winning artwork stood a chance of winning a hamper from the Nelson Mandela University, University Shop.
After a unanimous decision Miss Roxanne Willsemse’s artwork was chosen as the winner for the competition. Miss Willsemse a student at the Nelson Mandela University submitted a painting showcasing the 14th Sustainable Development Goal which is “Life Below Water”
